Festival season is in full swing! We love a good summer music festival - especially one that celebrates all things local. Enter Echo Park Rising: a one-day music extravaganza that brings together local bands and businesses for a weekend of fun.
This year's lineup includes local bands like Orgone, Dengue Fever, Jungle Fire and more so bust out your flower crowns and get your rocker fingers ready. It's going to be a music-filled day.
Here are some tips to make it a festival you won't forget:
Wear comfortable shoes. You're going to be walking, jumping, and dancing so you want to be comfortable. It'll be a long night!
Stay hydrated. We don't need to tell you that it's LA and it gets hot. Make sure to stay hydrated between acts.
Donate. Your ticket is a $10 donation to support the local arts community. Feeling extra generous? A little can go a long way.
Support local businesses. Walk around the festival and check out all the businesses that are participating. Grab a bite or a cocktail and meet your local neighbors.
